K’Lyn has been with FNB since October 1985.  She is Sr. V.P. and Compliance Officer, and has witnessed many changes in the banking industry over the years.  She was involved with the implementation of the first in-house computer processing system for FNB, the issuance of the first FNB debit cards, and installation of an ATM machine.  What she has always enjoyed about working at FNB is having the opportunity to work in most all areas of the bank and gain a well-rounded knowledge of the operations of a bank.  K’Lyn would be glad to help you with your deposit product needs, including CDs and IRAs.  She can also offer help with debit cards and electronic banking services.  When K’Lyn is not at FNB, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and attending their activities.  K’Lyn also enjoys camping, boating, and attending music concerts.

Jeff has been with FNB since December, 2005.

Jeff came from a banking career in Colorado spanning Farm Credit, Credit Unions, and mortgage underwriting.  His first four years at FNB were spent in the operations department.  In 2009 he transitioned to the loan department. 

Jeff works with home real estate including rental properties, farm real estate, auto loans, personal loans, and farm business loans.  With the full banking services background at First National Bank, he can help you with any of your lending questions or any other banking service.  When not at FNB, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Sonny, and family.  He also enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and volunteering at St. Bede’s church in Kelly, KS.

Sandi has been with FNB since September, 2007.  She began her career with First National Bank as a proof operator and accounts payable/bookkeeper.  Later, she started down the lending side by tracking FNB’s loan documents and later becoming a loan officer.  In the summer of 2019, she attained her insurance licenses and can assist customers with their auto, homeowners, commercial, and life insurance needs. 

 She can assist customers with personal, agricultural, and commercial loans – as well as personal and commercial insurance.  When Sandi is not at FNB, she enjoys attending her children’s activities, cooking, and traveling.

Amy has been with First National Bank since February 2010. As V.P. of Operations, she is involved in all aspects of the daily processing for the bank.  From electronic processing to debit cards and online banking – she oversees all aspects of the operational side of the bank.   She is involved in the back-end execution of transactions while ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory guidelines. She is also a licensed insurance agent with First Frankfort Insurance and can talk to you about your personal and commercial insurance needs.  Amy also holds a position on our local Board of Education.

Payton has been with First National Bank since November 2020.  He lives in Blue Rapids with his wife, Riley.  A Kansas State University alum, he graduated in May 2019 majoring in agri-business with a minor in animal science. Payton farms with a cattle operation between Blue Rapids and Frankfort and enjoys the flexibility to continue that operation while working for FNB.  Payton wears many hats at FNB, including being a licensed crop insurance agent to serve our ag customers.  He also assists with daily banking operations including deposits, debit cards, and online banking.  His depth of knowledge with farming operations also provides the ability for him to work with loan documents and ag and cattle inspections. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, working cattle with horses, and spoiling his nephew, Archer.

Hali has been with First National Bank since January 2022. Hali was excited for the opportunity to work in her hometown community as her and her husband, Greg, have lived in the area since she graduated from Kansas State University in 2017.  She works in the Operations department and is the proof operator. Hali also handles accounts payable and bookkeeping for FNB.  She can assist customers with opening new accounts, debit cards and online banking.  Hali has also moved into more accounting functions within the bank and enjoys learning new aspects of the bank's back office.  However, you will still see her in the front line - she enjoys visiting with customers!  When not at FNB, Hali enjoys gardening, home projects, hanging with friends, and keeping up with all of her nephews and nieces.

Lyndsi has been with First National Bank since July 2023. She lives south of Frankfort with her husband, Craig and their two children. They run a cow/calf and farming operation. 

During her time at FNB, Lyndsi has been in the Operations Department.  She can help you open a new account, assist you with online banking, and help with debit card transaction.  You can also catch up with her at one of the Teller windows.  On the lending side, Lyndsi has also started helping track loans.  Lyndsi enjoys life on the farm, all things fitness, and chasing her kids to their different activities.

Olivia has been with First National Bank part-time since May 2023.
