Meet Our Staff

Jay Kennedy, President / CEO

Jay came back home to Frankfort in 2002 and is the fourth generation of his family to work at First National Bank.   Jay’s banking life has been in lending but can help find solutions for any customer experience with the bank.

Jay is extremely proud of Team FNB and the ability of each teammate to help customers of the bank.  His goal is to make our customers’ experience a positive one.  He appreciates the trust that the community has placed in FNB throughout its 100+ years on the corner in downtown Frankfort.  He is also a licensed insurance agent with First Frankfort Insurance. 

When Jay isn’t at the bank he is being J Pop with his grandchild and he enjoys coaching or watching football.  He has been coaching football at Frankfort High since 2004.  He is also an aspiring drummer.

Jeff GoreJeff Gore, Vice President


Jeff has been with FNB since December, 2005.

Jeff came from a banking career in Colorado spanning Farm Credit, Credit Unions, and mortgage underwriting.  His first four years at FNB were spent in the operations department.  In 2009 he transitioned to the loan department. 

Jeff works with home real estate including rental properties, farm real estate, auto loans, personal loans, and farm business loans.  With the full banking services background at First National Bank, he can help you with any of your lending questions or any other banking service.  When not at FNB, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Sonny, and family.  He also enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and volunteering at St. Bede’s church in Kelly, KS. 

Sandi AndersonSandi Anderson, Vice President of Lending


Sandi has been with FNB since September, 2007.  She began her career with First National Bank as a proof operator and accounts payable/bookkeeper.  Later, she started down the lending side by tracking FNB’s loan documents and later becoming a loan officer.  In the summer of 2019, she attained her insurance licenses and can assist customers with their auto, homeowners, commercial, and life insurance needs. 

 She can assist customers with personal, agricultural, and commercial loans – as well as personal and commercial insurance.  When Sandi is not at FNB, she enjoys attending her children’s activities, cooking, and traveling.

Amy Adams, Vice President of Operations


Amy has been with First National Bank since February 2010 and serves as Vice President of Operations. She oversees the bank’s daily operations, including electronic processing, debit cards, online banking, certificates of deposit, and regulatory reporting which includes preparation of the bank’s quarterly Call Report. Amy is a graduate of the Advanced School of Banking and is also a licensed insurance agent with First Frankfort Insurance, where she can assist customers with both personal and commercial insurance needs.

Having grown up on a farm, Amy has a strong appreciation for the agricultural community and the important role community banking plays in supporting local families, farmers, and businesses. She values the personal relationships that make community banking unique and enjoys being part of a bank that is invested in the success of the community it serves.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying busy with her children’s activities.

Payton ManleyPayton Manley, loan officer


Payton has been with First National Bank since November 2020.  He lives in Blue Rapids with his wife, Riley, together they have one daughter. 

A Kansas State University alum, he graduated in May 2019 majoring in agri-business with a minor in animal science. Payton farms with a cattle operation between Blue Rapids and Frankfort and enjoys the flexibility to continue that operation while working for FNB. 

Payton wears many hats at FNB, including being a licensed crop insurance agent to serve our ag customers.  He also assists with daily banking operations including deposits, debit cards, and online banking and more recently writing loans. His depth of knowledge with farming operations also provides the ability for him to work with loan documents and ag and cattle inspections.

In his free time, he enjoys golfing, his horses, and watching the cattle grow.

Hali Jasko, Operations manager


Hali has been with First National Bank since January 2022. Hali was excited for the opportunity to work in her hometown community as her and her husband, Greg, have lived in the area since she graduated from Kansas State University in 2017. 
 
During her time at FNB, Hali has been in the Operations department and is the proof operator. Hali also handles accounts payable and bookkeeping for FNB.  She can assist customers with opening new accounts, debit cards and online banking.  Hali has also moved into more accounting functions within the bank and has enjoyed learning all aspects of the bank's back office.  However, you will still see her in the front line - she enjoys visiting with customers! 
 
When not at FNB, Hali enjoys being outdoors, hanging with friends, keeping up with all of her nephews and nieces as well as serving as a committee member for the White Way Auto Run that takes place in Frankfort every two years. 

lyndsi morton, OPERATIONS


Lyndsi has been with First National Bank since July 2023. She lives south of Frankfort with her husband, Craig and their two children. They run a cow/calf and farming operation. 

During her time at FNB, Lyndsi has been in the Operations Department.  She can help you open a new account, assist you with online banking, and help with debit card transaction.  You can also catch up with her at one of the Teller windows.  On the lending side, Lyndsi has also started helping track loans.  Lyndsi enjoys life on the farm, all things fitness, and chasing her kids to their different activities.

KELSEY KAFER, operations


Kelsey joined team FNB in June of 2025. She moved to Frankfort with her husband in 2012 and fell in love with the community. She has a background in agriculture and a passion for the cattle industry. She graduated from Fort Hays State University with a degree in animal science.

Kelsey is excited to be a part of team FNB and can help you with new accounts, online banking, debit card issues and deposits. Kelsey is also working with the loan officers with tracking and documenting loans. Kelsey is proud to be a member of FNB and its' goal to make our small-town community better.

In her free, time Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, gardening, and helping out on the family farm.

olivia CORNELISON, part-time, customer service 

Olivia has been with First National Bank part-time since May 2023.  Although, if you ask her, she has been "employed" by FNB from a much younger age.  
 
She and her husband Gavin live in Frankfort and are both employed full-time by Frankfort Schools where Olivia teaches Kindergarten.  In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, family, and of course her and Gavin's dog, Boone.
